PAPO’S Halloween People’s Choice uses Facebook sign-in through Supabase to identify each voting account and prevent duplicate votes. The application stores the account identifier, selected contestant, vote reference and submission time. Supabase Authentication also processes the profile and email information provided by Facebook.

Contestant names, numbers, costume descriptions and photographs are public. Individual votes and account identifiers are not publicly displayed. Authorized organizers can view vote totals. Project owners with database access can administer stored records.

The site stores a sign-in session in your browser to keep you signed in. It does not post to your Facebook page. Cloudflare hosts the website, Supabase provides authentication, database and photo storage, and Google Fonts supplies page fonts; those services may process technical connection information under their own policies.

Records are used for event administration, vote validation and resolving event disputes. Contact the organizer for the applicable retention period or a deletion request. Do not submit sensitive personal information through the voting form.
